The project involved the furnishing of offices and the fitting out of some spaces as part of a broader redevelopment programme for the entire building that started about ten years ago.

The design philosophy involved the definition of a new internal layout with special attention to the preservation and reuse of pre-existing elements that were still functional and adaptable, as well as the addition of technical and architectural elements capable of responding to contemporary needs. Particular attention was paid to providing high levels of comfort from the point of view of climate control, acoustics and appearance.

Careful and accurate management of the design and implementation process allowed finalising the design in 30 days and completing the actual works in 60 days, with precisely 0% variation of the costs for the contracted works.
