The site is located in the block bounded by Via Arsenale, Via Arcivescovado, Via Alfieri and Via XX Settembre in Turin. FRED worked as a Project Manager and during the design and construction phases to coordinate the renovation and finishing process of the new VIRGIN ACTIVE CLUB TURIN COLLECTION fitness centre. Among the most important works done was the construction of the 20 m swimming pool in the historic building of Via Arsenale 23 and the renovation of the atrium and the stately hall of the historic building.

The coordination and management of the authorisation, design and execution processes were carried out by attentively directing the various players involved.

During the executive phase, an effective coordination of the companies, designers and specialists involved, as well as the constant supervision of costs and timing, made it possible to maximise results while minimising cost overruns and above all to ensure compliance with the schedule and final handover.
