As part of the Milan EXPO 2015 universal exhibition, FRED worked both in the design and execution phases as a specialised designer and consultant, participating from start to finish in the adventure of creating the Malaysia Pavilion, working closely with the team of designers and builders. FRED provided high-level consulting in the field of structural and geotechnical design, systems design (electrical and special systems), fire-fighting system design, as well as in the environmental field (land management, reclamation, disposal, etc.).

It also coordinated safety protocols during the design, execution and operations phases and the way until the dismantling phase, contributing to the optimal management of the end-of-life phases of the temporary pavilion..
